They filmed part of it in my town. The producers nailed a wreath to one of the doors without asking permission of the owners.

That remodeling was too minimal like the worst kind of minimalistic design you can have basic designs but keep the essence of the original House

They should also invite the actors for reunion and make a documentary movie about it featuring guide through the house and then and now scenes from the movie and present time in real life. Now that would be a documentary movie I’d actually love to watch.

Fun fact: I dated a girl that grew up in the house next door. I thought it was soooo cool to see that house in person.
She was great and I still think about her often. She was smart to end the relationship because I was a knucklehead at that point in my life.
